was great gym until so called improvements a lot of good kit gone more crowded down stairs accident waiting to happen more emphasis on cardio more like a studio now with weights and resistance machines tucked in where they fit nearly got hit with dumbell through lack of room what a shame!

Has a large space, but sometimes it still manages to gather a lot of people to the point where you must wait in line of 2-3 people to do an exercise.
