You can contact me and we can arrange a free 20-minute call where you can ask any questions and I can explain a little more about what I can offer. If after this short introduction, you decide to start your counselling sessions we can arrange a suitable time and date to begin. You are in control of your therapy, how much time you need in therapy and when you want to end.
Counselling sessions.
I offer 50 minute counselling sessions face-to-face, online or telephone.
£45 each face-to-face session.
£40 each online or telephone session.
