Avoid this JJ & Sons Roofing Ltd. We were told it would cost £2500 to replace felt in the problem area and it soon turned into £6500 to replace the felt and battens on one side of the roof, repoint ridge and fix gutter. The job was done by unskilled workers. There are nails protruding in loft where they missed the rafters, gutter still leaks, they’ve disconnected a flue, they broke ridge tiles during the repointing and did not replace them but covered the ridge in cement and have left a mess in our loft, driveway and neighbours garden. I’ve tried emailing and texting and am told by JJ that he will sort it out but doesn’t show up. Offers a worthless 30 year guarantee. Difficult to get hold of since we paid him on 1st March 2024.
