I started training with Jock in lockdown. Every time I start to lose sight of my fitness goals, Jock is right there to remind me how far I’ve come.
His training style and personality are a perfect fit for the way I like to work out. He knows exactly the right way to motivate me, and keep me on track with nutrition plans and detailed, easy to follow workouts, all through his app. Most of all though, Jock is a great personal trainer because he genuinely cares and wants the very best for his clients. I've worked with Jock for 5 months and contacting him is by far the best thing I've done. When I first contacted Jock, he made arrangements for us to have a call to get a clear understanding of what my struggles were and what I wanted to achieve, before setting out a plan for me.
I felt so nervous to start with, and Jock helped me settle in straight away, within weeks I saw results and my plan became my new routine. All set out through his app which was so easy to use.
Any questions I have had or help I've needed; Jock has always made himself available to offer support. Jock has always seen and helped me see the positive results I've achieved even when I've felt like I've had a not so good week. I've achieved more than the goals I initially set out, and I couldn't have done it without Jock. I have managed to lose just over 1.5 stone and drop two dress sizes, and my body shape has also changed massively.
I've improved my fitness and gained knowledge of how to track calories/macros to help me reach my nutritional targets. He has adjusted my plan a couple of times to accommodate changes in my lifestyle and has given me the knowledge and tools to reach my goals. Jock's support and feedback have kept me motivated throughout; he's a great coach and would highly recommend!

For my own well-being. I wanted to run a personal training business the way I want in which I will be able to help my clients in the best way possible.

Yes! I provide training through guided workouts within my app that are completely bespoke to yourself and based around what equipment you have, what your goals are and what level of fitness you at.
I also provide live one-to-one zoom sessions.

All training is completely based online! This is the future of exercise as you can do it from your very own home, whenever and wherever!
