John and his team were excellent from the quote to the finished job.
They removed my garage roof and replaced it with PVC coated steel sheets the whole job was completed in one day. They arrived on time and stayed until the job was finished and cleared the old materials from site.

Juan is a very experienced, skilful and helpful person; he responded quickly to my request for help and displayed all the competence and capability that you would ever need. However, on top of that he has a very high work load capacity and finished my job with minimum trouble to me, and in very quick time. If you have any sort of roof problem he is your man. I say that as someone who has worked in construction and associated fields for 50 years, but is now past it. We had struggled to find a roofer for a while. My brother put me in touch with Jhan. He came out to survey what was needed (with his drone) a few days after we contacted him. He gave us a quote and explained what was needed and why.

We agreed the quote. He managed to fit us in the following week. He arranged the scaffolding. He stayed late to get all done in one day. The price was the same as the quote, no cheeky add ons.

Can't recommend highly enough. Get him before his name gets about and he's too busy! More...

Juan really knows his trade!
I attempted to get quotes from several roofing specialists, he was the only one that came back to with pictures of the work that needed to be done and a detailed list of recommended work and costs, which was very competitive. Communication up to and during the work was great and kept me informed and up to date.
He turned up at the arranged time and day, completed all the work to an extremely high standard with no fuss and no mess. When the work was completed I received pictures of all the work carried out. The final invoice was as quoted.

Absolute 5 star rating from start to finish.
Juan told me a time he was coming to have a look at my roof and was very punctual.
He assess the loft inside then went to have a look at it outside, with the help of his drone and a ladder, I was given photos of what he took.
We arranged a date for the work to begin, again punctual.
It was explained to me the length of time for the job and how many people working on it.
They worked all day and for half the next day, they were very tidy workers and cleared the mess.

Juan and his team were remarkably efficient. They renewed the roof felt and battons then replaced the tiles in one day and did the valleys, verges and ridge caps the next.
Juan uses a drone to video the work and was able to show me what needed doing and what had been done. Everything looks very smart.

Work carried out thoroughly after being assessed and quote given. My garage roof had to be completely repaired. I requested a quote on Bark. Juan replied within 10 minutes and came around next morning to view my shed roof. He was very helpful explaining all the options. 48 hours later he provided written quotes for two options with photos of similar installations.

I chose the Kingspan steel with integrated insulation. The roof has now been installed in just over a day. All very tidy and pleasant. Roof looks excellent.

Wow! I’m impressed. What a fabulous workman Juan is. From the initial survey to job completion was a little over a week. I had a leaking flat roof over my kitchen extension which had started to infiltrate the kitchen ceiling leaving water stains and wanted this sorted asap before it became worse. Juan replied to my request on Bark well within the hour and came at a time suitable to me to survey the work to be done. He commenced work the following week. And what a worker he is! He just knuckled down to the job and got on with it. He showed up on time and worked very hard and he takes great pride in his work too, showing me step by step photos of what is wrong and also step by step photos of the work he has done to give me a new flat roof. There was an unforeseen problem (couldn’t be seen before the old flat roof was lifted) and he informed me straightaway, giving me options of how best to deal with it and the financial cost to me and how I would like to proceed. He cleans up well after himself when the work is done, leaving no mess. Communication with him is excellent and he is extremely responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend Juan 100%. We were in need of an urgent replacement roof to our garage, Juan was in touch within the hour after my enquiry and came round to see the work the following day. The following weekend he came round to get the work sorted and it was all done within the day. Soon as Bark requested a roofer I had a contact within a couple of hours. Very polite a prompt estimate clearly stating all what was to happen. Removal of panels, clean roof area, install PVC coated roof panel with fleece interior. Install PVC coated gable flashings, install ridge caps PVC coated. Clean all areas and disposal of rubbish. Adjust and clean all gutters a down pipes. Plus a Warranty workmanship 10 years. Warranty materials 20 years. Plus feel free to contact Juan Gonzalez anytime for him to go through the whole process. All this work was carried out during one day, so hard working and was a pleasure to see the high quality standard of finished results. The shed looks fantastic and like the roof will probably outlive the shed.
