My experience with Jamie was fantastic. I had been suffering in silence with back pain for years and having never seen an osteopath before, I was nervous. Jamie made me feel at ease straight away with his friendly manner, made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment and ensured I was fully aware of what treatment I needed and why. After suffering from perthes(issue with hip) since I was 12 years old, my body, especially back & neck had compensated for a limp and discomfort. This added to the strenuous job I’m in bricklaying, I had serious pain in my mid back and neck and inflammation around the spine. Also my mid back had started to curve due to the way it was loading.
After contacting Jamie, he recommended I come in for some therapy and it has been the best decision I’ve made for the pain and generally just for my wellbeing.Jamie was extremely professional and made me feel like I was in good hands from the get go.
As well as the treatment and general information given to me regarding my issues, I was given a list of exercises that have really helped to relieve the pain and aching.
Before I visited Jamie I couldn’t even sit down to watch tv for more than 10 mins comfortably, driving was a painful chore & I was even considering a career change. But after only 4 sessions of treatment I feel like a new man. All in all a great experience! More...

After going through several different sources to relieve a trapped nerve in my neck and unfortunately wear and tear in the same area due to my vocation as a Neuro Rehab Nurse (heavy) I was climbing the walls one night at 3am and sat checking online as to which treatment offered the best reviews! I came across Osteopathy having never tried it I found one very close by!
In for a penny.... I booked in with Jamie (who works in my area twice weekly)
I can only say "thank goodness" I found him! Over several weeks he has proved his weight in gold enabling me to continue with my career and not be in agony after a shift.. his excellent knowledge and skill is incredible for such a young man! Put me at ease straight away.. talked me through what he was doing and why.. lovely sense of humour and laughter is one of the best medicines! Highly recommended!
And as if helping me was'nt enough.. my daughter who suffered Discitis a few yrs ago (an abscess on her spine) has endured years of 6 monthly "radio frequency ablations" to numb the nerve endings that were causing her terrible pain! Her last session didnt work so She booked in with Jamie to see if he could help? And he did...all that time waiting for the procedure every 6 months and Jamie's knowledge and skill helped massively after a handful of sessions she,s back at work.. and is in control again.
I cant praise him enough! anyone who has been in constant pain will know where I (and my daughter) are coming from!

Having been to chiropractors and physios in the past, I hadn't really considered seeing an osteopath until Jamie was recommended to me. Started with Sciatica suddenly at work and was in agony for over a week on pain killers etc, went to see Jamie and after the first session I wasn't taking anymore pain killers and was feeling 10x better just had a slight ache

5 from myself and 5 from my daughter!
After suffering for a long time with wear and tear in my neck and upper back, due to heavy lifting etc working as a Neuro rehab Nurse. . I ended up with a trapped nerve in my neck! With horrible pins and needles radiating down my arm!
I had undergone several visits to various treatment centres, nothing seemed to be helping!
After 2 nights of very little sleep due to pain and pins and needles I was getting desperate for some relief I went online (as you do) and came across Osteopathy.. having never tried it but after reading some reviews I decided to give it a try!
Luckily I came across Jamie who visits our area twice weekly!
What a pleasant young man.. he put me at ease immediately, went through my history of pain etc and commenced treatment... WOW!
I slept that night!!!
Not only has he helped with the aches and pains of wear and tear.. (which i,m sure we,ve all had at some point being in my twilight years ) he has now made it possible to come home after a heavy shift and sleep, and he has helped massively to alleviate the pins and needles.
His knowledge is incredible and his hands on procedures have hit the spot... believe me anyone who has been in or is in constant pain really should give him a try!
I have now had several visits to Jamie he is very thorough and talks me through each procedure as to the benefits and relevance. He is always polite and has a lovely sense of humour.. which is very important, Laughter being one of the best medicines!
Thankyou Jamie! You,ve given me "massive" relief!

To add to this very quickly for my daughter, who several yrs ago contracted Discitis in her spine (Abscess) and been in lots of pain since.. undergoing Radio Frequency Ablations every 6-8 months. The last procedure didnt work at all and she decided to visit Jamie to see if he could help?
To cut a very long story short
The answer is a huge YES! With his knowledge he has helped her get back in control of her pain!
For anyone doubting the success of Osteopathy then I can only say you must try it!
