I have a BSc Hons degree in sport and exercise science which has provided me with in depth knowledge of the workings of the body and how exercise can benefit you physically, mentally and emotionally.
Aswell as a personal trainer, I am also a nutritional adviser and a cardiac exercise physiologist, this makes me highly skilled in exercise after any cardiac events.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I keep in regular contact with my clients to see how they're getting on and if there is anything I can help with to keep motivation high, this also helps to build a good rapport. I like to gradually increase intensities and duration to keep things progressing but not overload and put client's off.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Motivation. Determination. Will power and finally, knowledge and understanding of Exercise and how it changes your body for the better.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people to become more confident by physically and mentally helping them and encouraging them to keep going and progressing with exercise. I love seeing the change in people and watching them grow and become happier through exercise.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I really enjoy teaching people and to help them understand the importance of exercise and what benefits regular, long term exercise can bring about, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. I was very big after the birth of my second child and I was very self conscious, I lacked confidence and fell into depression. Since I found exercise my life changed, I lost weight and became happier so I decided to further my knowledge and understanding as to why exercise brought about these changes and I want to pass this on to others too.

I'm dedicated, hard working and keep i striving to gain more knowledge, understanding and experience to be better and to help people better achieve their goals. I keep adding to my knowledge base by taking new courses to keep up to date and learn more and gain more in depth understanding of certain exercises and the adaptations within the body and mind and how nutrition plays a huge role in the balance of our lives too.
