Lots of variation to keep it interesting; including kettle bells, TRX, resistance bands and circuits. I booked a block of 10 sessions initially. Jess is serious about using the correct technique and finishing the sets. Also, has a sense of humour throughout, that makes me laugh everytime. This really helps to motivate. I always look forward to the classes, especially when stressed at work. Jess asked me to keep a food diary for a couple of weeks and offered some great advice specific to my diet. I sometimes have low energy levels, so this was an unexpected result. I've learnt a lot during the sessions that can be used when working out at home or in the gym. Jess is just fabulous. I finished 10 sessions with her and have 10 more this month. She comes to my home, is really experienced and constantly checks up on me to see how I'm doing - and keep me motivated. I can already see a difference in my physique and look forward to achieving my goal very soon! To start with I meet my clients for a free consultation to talk about goals, medical history etc and to get to know each other.

What do you love most about your job?
I love to see the changes in my clients, the way they improve over the time and understand more and more about their own bodies.
I love to be outside in parks most of the time while I train my clients.
Most of all to see them archive their goals and feel better and healthier.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Im a professional dancer for over 10 years, always been into health and fitness so I decided to become a personal trainer too
