I believe a lot of us get conditioned at a very young age based on our environment and the people around us. When we dont feel good enough, feel different to those around us, or have had certain needs unmet, this leaves us with an emotional wound and causes us to disconnect from ourselves and find connection elsewhere - food, alcohol, drugs, smoking, gambling, and so on.

Would highly recommend! I contacted Jess due to having a lack of self love which effected my everyday life. Constant negative thoughts, a u healthy relationship with food and over exercising. NLP
Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a psychological approach that rewires your brain by creating new neuropathways to think and ask differently about a certain thing. Our mind is programmed to go back to what familiar. We do things based on behavior learned through experience to specific outcomes. So if comfort eating, anxiety and depression etc is programmed in your mind. At this point you don’t know any better or aren’t able to do anything about it but with the combination of hypnotherapy and NLP you are able to stop it once and for all.
