We can also explore any limiting beliefs and transform them into helpful ones that promote the changes you want to make.
The principal way I work is not just 'downregulating' the storage of what you don't want, but working closely with WHAT YOU WANT INSTEAD! This gives your brain relief from what's holding you back, but also very clear instructions of what you'd like it to 'do'! There is nothing more empowering than inner engineering, In other words having your subconscious and consciousness on the same page, working towards your predefined goals.
