As an integrative counsellor I offer various therapies dependent upon what the individual client requires. We are all unique, and by using different therapies (e.g. CBT , Person Centred, Mindfulness, etc.) allows us to work in a way that supports your needs.
I worked with children and young people for 15 years, helping them through difficulties and recognising that childhood experiences often affect their adult lives, before I moved to work in the NHS. After working for 6 years within GP surgeries supporting the community with many mental health concerns, I currently work in Occupational Health supporting people within their work place, though still for the NHS.
