What’s your interior design process?
OUR DESIGN PROCESS
1.Initial Consultation.
At this point, we give the client's property a good listen, trying to understand their requirements and aspirations for the space. We probe deeper to get an understanding of their interior design style and other important factors, like timescales.
2. Agreement.
Once our client decides to get their project started, an appropriate design package is selected, and the client is expected to go over our contracts and sign the letter of agreement.
3. Brief validation
Following the first two steps, we will send a comprehensive summary of the client’s requirements and information as we understand it. Our client is expected to validate or modify it.
4. Concept Design
The brief is translated to an agreed number of concept designs and sent to the client for approval. We work closely with clients and welcome as much feedback as there is. Upon deciding on the final design, we present clients with close-up samples of proposed materials to give a better sense of the look and feel of the products to be used. Our concept design comprises of mood boards, itemised floor plans reflecting proposed furniture placements, and elevations.
5. Handover
Subject to concept design approval, we will deem the design stage complete. Once the designs are finalised, we'll send over a list of products with shopping links and include designer notes with easy-to-follow steps. For full in-person interior design, we'll begin implementation

We cater to all design styles. We believe that every space should be a reflection of the people who inhabit it. Our approach to design is to listen carefully to our clients' needs and desires, and then work collaboratively with them to create a space that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional. We're skilled in a variety of design styles and are always eager to learn new techniques and materials to incorporate into our designs.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our E-design bridges our in person meeting so there are no physical human contacts. Clients are responsible for selecting and vetting their tradesmen and ensuring they are covid compliant.
E-design
Our E-design service allows you to access our interior design service from the comfort of your home device. With technology bridging the in-person consultation gap, collaboration with our clients is seamless.
The E-design package is suitable for people who want to implement agreed curated designs themselves. Once all designs have been finalised and approved, we present the client with a shopping and product information list as well as a step-by-step implementation guide to allow them to implem
Online Concierge service
With our concierge service, we arrange purchase and delivery of furnishings and other items purchased on behalf of the Client for the Project. Full deposit is required for each item and only upon receipt of payment would we place order. All Items purchased go to a licensed, bonded, insured and climate controlled warehouse awaiting installation. Use this option if you do not want to deliver items directly or on multiple trips to your home. Clients are responsible for all shipping, storage fees
