I provide high level MSK assessment, treatment and rehabilitation suited to your needs and your injury. This also includes education on your injury so you understand it better. After our session I wiI provide high level MSK assessment, treatment and rehabilitation suited to your needs and your injury. This also includes education on your injury so you understand it better. After our session I will contact you for weekly check in to see how things are going until we have a follow up appointment.
Massage/Body MOT
This will be less injury specfic but we will discuss areas of discomfort and tightness and will tailor the session accordingly to your needs. This will include modalities such as massage, active release techniques, muscle energy techniques to aid your movement and release any tension.
