I am a retired Head of Chemistry. I have extensive experience of teaching A level chemistry and GCSE mathematics and physics.
I am also a senior examiner for the IBO and have also examined for the OCR and WJEC exam boards. I have extensive face-to face and online experience supplying tuition to an excellent grade level.

What do you love most about your job?
I have always been passionate about my subject and the opportunity of meeting enthusiastic pupils of all ages. I actually like to teach and when a student tells me that he/she now understands a topic better than they had done before, it is so very rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I retired from teaching quite early taking the advantage of a generous redundancy/retirement package. However I still enjoy teaching very much and so this desire led me to private work. I enjoy the increased control I have over what I do with the de-emphasis on admin work.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have had a great deal of experience in both teaching and examining. This experience can be utilised to bring about the achievement of very good grades

I teach via Skype or Zoom. I use a triple camera set up and/or an online whiteboard with a graphics tablet. I also supply many sets of notes and examination papers
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since the tuition is online, this is not relevant.
