A great town centre gym, which blasts out great music to dull out any stressful day! They provide a wide range of weight machines, free weights and cardio equipment. They also offer a range of classes throughout the week which are easy to book on the online system. I like HITT & Leg, Bums & Tums classes. I'm not from the area at all so don't train here regularly but I did when I visited and I just thought wow what a great gym, I really wish there was one local to me, amazing range of equipment, plenty of different areas to suit all training regimes, the warehouse is rigged out with the best of the best equipment, it's visually stunning and motivating to get seriously pumped, the tunes are spot on as well only problem is you don't want to leave! !!! It's a big gym with everything you could ever need with a small gyms customer service, the staff are exemplary in terms of knowledge and customer service, opportunities for personal training and classes too. I've always attended very main stream gym's as I was always slightly intimidated by going to independent specialised gym's for fear of not feeling comfortable. I couldn't have been more wrong. The warehouse staff are welcoming and engaging from the moment you walk in. Hands down the best gym I have ever been to. I love the different vibes between the main gym and the Underground and the different music in each. I live in Liverpool but come to Warehouse to train most days. Also if there is a new piece of equipment you aren’t familiar with or you need a spotter - Mark is always on hand to help. Can’t believe how good this place is. I was reluctant to move from another gym as I thought as long as you were lifting weight the equipment doesn’t matter too much. SHIT was I wrong. The pump in the first week has been insane. Staff incredibly friendly. Would be happy paying £100 a month to be part of this place and I’m only paying a tenth that! I've been a member of the warehouse since august this year and I LOVE it...at the beginning of 2016 I started insanity training at home and by summer having become reasonably fit I knew I needed more variety.
A few friends, who were already members, recommended the warehouse and from the minute I walked in and spoke to Mark I felt completely at ease...none of that horrible overwhelming feeling like when you walk into some gyms. I train 5 days a week primarily attending early morning classes with Jeanette, occasionally doing some of Marks and Julies classes, and I've just recently started using the actual gym.
Doesn't matter what your shape or size is, or what your fitness level is, theres something for everyone. I think the gym has a real community feel...there is NO JUDGEMENT WHATSOEVER! The staff, PT's, instructors and members alike are genuinely lovely, totally supportive and helpful.
So my advice to anyone who is thinking about going for a look, anyone who is sick of "posey" gyms, just go to the warehouse. Speak to Mark, have a mooch, try a class. You won't regret it.

Very well equipped gym and a cracking atmosphere got everything in there you need.
I did have an issue when leaving over a charge that I didn't agree with.
Mark and Carol chased this up and came to a mutual agreement over the issue and even dropped the extra charge due to a lack of communication from both sides. Not many places would of spent the time too chase this up 3 months down the line! Fair play �

I may have already tried all the gyms here in Southport, but TWG is indubitably the best among them all. Each and everyone of the staff is accommodating, the equipment are well-maintained, and the place is always tidy. Another thing worthy of note is the new extension they just opened. They just outdid themselves with this endeavour and because of this, they widened the gap between them and the other fitness centres within the locality. If there would be any additions to the centre I could think of, it would be the addition of mirrors around the area and a warmer (literally) environment. Be that as it may, I still couldn't praise this gym enough. Kudos to the TWG team! Keep on breaking new grounds! More...
