The BEST PT around!! Extremely positive and rewarding sessions. The classes are super inclusive and Jess is so welcoming and supportive to everyone.

Had my first ever PT session with Jess at gym unique. She is super friendly and so informative which helped me feel less anxious. She created a personal plan for me to follow so I can begin my journey to reach my goals and helped me gain my confidence with certain exercises. I would 100% recommend Jess, she’s fab x More...
