JDS Gardening is a well established local company that has been creating and maintaining gardens and trees throughout Edinburgh for a number of years for domestic and commercial grounds care customers, our small team of knowledgeable, motivated gardeners and tree surgeons offers a wide range of services, from grass cutting, tree pruning, raised beds installation, hedge cutting, lawn mowing, garden tidy up, weeding, garden fencing, power washing to tree surveys, tree surgery and tree stump removal.

The team are very skilled, professional, reliable, attentive, communicative, on time, courteous, and a proper lawn service company. We hire them for gardening, hedge trimming, tree felling and clean up, fence procurement and installation and other gardening jobs. They have been with us for over two years. What do you love most about your job?
The people I work with are most important to me, I love coming in and having a great relationship with everyone who works for the company its so important. This team dynamic is what helps us to provide the best gardening service in Edinburgh.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I loved working outdoors and have always had very green fingers, I started gardening as a young kid and just loved it. As I got older my team grew and I started to get a real sense of satisfaction from providing a high quality service which inspired me to grow and grow the business!
Why should our clients choose you?
People should choose us because we do the simple things right. We turn up when we say we will and we do what we say we are going to do. Being reliable, trustworthy and providing a high quality standard of work is our bread and butter.

We can't provide our services online (obviously!) but we can provide quotes online without physically visiting the job. These are a rough estimates and do still require an in person survey but are a good way to get a rough estimate.

Fencing
JDS Gardening Services in Edinburgh are the local garden fence installation and repair experts, whether you need a single or double sided slatted garden fence, timber ranch style fence, timber feather edge fencing or a traditional garden panel fence
Garden tidy's
Full garden tidy's including hedge and shrub cutting, pruning, weeding, turning over soil, lawn mowing and edging. A full Garden transformation!
Planting
We design, provide and install full planting plans. This includes removal of all the old plants adding new mulch/compost as well as working with your colour palette and bringing life to old flower beds. We do this on both a domestic and commercial scale.
Tree Surgery
We provide full tree services including crown lifts, crown reductions, pollarding, general pruning, full tree felling and removals including all waste generated.
Turfing
Remove and replace turf or install turf into previously un-turfed areas. We can provide both real and artificial grass at your request.
