What makes a great website?
A great website should be easy to use and informative as this promotes customer interaction and ultimately new and repeat business! Of course, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is very important so that the website will be found by customers looking for the information, advice, service or goods you offer but equally a website which can be edited easily by the owner to regularly update the content is something Google highly recommend in order to improve the performance of the site! So, at JDN Digital Solutions we offer just that!
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We like to get to know our clients as we believe it's really important to develop a long lasting partnership and to build trust. We keep our clients completely up to date with all elements of the service(s) we provide and so we liaise regularly to obtain our customers feedback on design, content and thoughts on ideas we may have to help grow their business. At the end of the day we want to do a fantastic job for all our clients and for them to refer us to their friends and family and to write a 5 star review of our business too!
What do you love most about your job?
The best part of our job is seeing our client friends grow their business and revenue as a result of our hard work. It's really satisfying and it makes us very proud to know we have improved the lives of the people we have helped when offering our services.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been in the retail industry for over 25 years and subject to the evolution of the way customers expect to be treated, I genuinely felt that in order to offer the customer service I want myself on a daily basis, I'd need to work for my own business. There's nothing better than being treated like a superstar and that's what I want to offer every single client.
Also, as I have a family who live in destinations across the globe, I needed the flexibility to be able to work in any location. Wherever I am I can help my clients and that is very important to me.
