would definitely recommend JDE Electrical to anyone needing electrical work. I have recently had an extra socket added to a wall along with a 65inch tv put up with all the wires hidden. JDE Electrical managed to fit me in last minute to work around my decorator. The work was carried out over two visits, visit one was to add the socket and locate the timber in the wall, and visit two was to fit the bracket and hang the tv. James quoted a good price to check electricals throughout the house and completed some additional work. He arrived on time, carried out the work and tidied up after himself. What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love customer satisfaction. I cannot go home after a job if the customer is not fully satisfied, it's just not how I work. Hearing our customers praise our work is what I love about the job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in the electrical trade form leaving school at 16. I always had the ambitious to learn new things and better myself. I took the step at 21 going to work in Australia and New Zealand which give me the opportunity to run larger projects than I had ever run before. This inspired me to set up my business when I returned to the UK after 2 years which is now 4 years old and expanding day by day.
