I am a self employed Coach and Silent Counsellor. I have helped many clients overcome Grief, Pain, Trauma, Anxiety and much more through Silent Counselling; this is why I include it as part of my coaching packages.

We all hold negative feelings and emotions in our subconscious that may be blocking us from moving forward.

I seem to have spent my life being the person that everyone comes to for advice and there came a point a few years ago that I felt I was running on this hamster wheel called life. I was working 10 hour days, running the house, looking after my daughter etc and whenever I did something just for me, I felt guilty so I had to do some work on myself to realise that if that continued, I would burn out and be no good to anyone. I decided I needed a job that was fulfilling and meaningful so here we are, I am here to help.

I am reliable, empathetic and trustworthy. I don't beat about the bush and if you are paying me to help you to make changes then I will pull you up if I don't think you are being honest with yourself.

Most of my clients prefer online and that works well for me too.

Services

Certified life coach, I help people who feel that they are "stuck" in some aspect of their life and need some guidance on making the path clearer in order to reach their goals.

I mainly work with woman who feel they have lost themselves in the midst of being a mum, wife, taxi driver, meal planner etc etc.....
I help them gain clarity on who "THEY" want to be and help them find themselves in 60 days, without feeling guilty about it.

I also implement Silent Counselling sessions within my coaching programmes as I feel this allows my client to release any negative feelings or emotions that may be holding them back.

What is Silent Counselling?

A non- invasive therapy that uses muscle testing and “touch and breathe” techniques to release negative feelings and emotions stored in our body from past events and traumas


What happens during a silent counselling session?
* The session starts with your Silent Counselling practitioner asking you to identify the emotion that is causing you pain.

* You may talk about the past event if you wish, or you can choose to say nothing.

* All you have to do for the silent counselling to work is to briefly think about the event or emotion while the therapist talks you through the techniques to release the negative emotions.
