I used this company for my daughter & her friends prom July 2017, from the first call i was treated as a VIP, the person on the phone listened and gave back some great advice, anyway i ordered the Silver Rolls Royce Phantom to arrive at 5. 55 pm and it arrived at 5.55 pm on the button with a very respectful and polite chauffeur, i asked for my daughter to arrive at her prom at 6.45 which again the chauffeur did exactly on time, i was waiting there but realised i had made a mistake on the timing as no other cars had arrived yet, everyone else was due to arrive at 7 pm, i immediately informed the company by phone that the arrival time was to early as the girls wanted to rock up in this gorgeous Silver Rolls Royce Phantom in front of other guests, so the driver was informed and immediately turned the car around and promptly left with instruction to return in 25 minutes which he did of a crowd of admiring onlookers, i thought that service was 100% spot on, not even a raised eyebrow from thechauffeur who only wanted the girls to have their moment, great guy, i would highly recommend this company as i was over the moon with the service the chauffeur but above all that the Silver Rolls Royce Phantom was the star of the show, all the girls felt like princesses stepping out from it, 10/10 and i would certainly not look at another company for any special occasion car hire from now on as i have found a trustworthy, honest company that delivers on there word. We hired a Bentley Mulsanne for our wedding day and the car was absolutely stunning, although the real highlight was our chauffeur Geoff - a true gentleman who went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. He even did a couple of extra trips to and from the church to collect our parents and we cannot thank him enough for his professionalism and very kind nature. We booked with Prestige cars and after some initial confusion regarding a quote, our booking went smoothly and we requested the Rolls Royce Phantom. There was always someone available at the office to help us with any queries and the price for 3 hours is very reasonable.My husband got to ride in the Phantom twice.
