Training with Joel is such a pleasure in many ways. On the fitness front, Joel has great knowledge of what works and what doesn't at an individual level making every session interesting, fun and challenging. He tailors the exercises to you fitness level and needs, and pushes you to achieve more, and better. On the days we train with Joel we make sure nothing else is in the agenda because though you finish your sessions energised and happy, you are pretty tired too!

We have been training with Joel for a while and I can confidently say that my fitness leves have improved solidly.

On a personal level, Joel is very nice, polite and fun. Every week we are looking forward to training with him. I personally really like that he is a genuine sportsmen; he loves sports, practices many sports himself, is very knowledgable and has plenty of experience. This is extremely important. I have worked with other trainers who did not have this background and it really shows in the quality of the training and the all important trust that you won't get injured because of some ill-chosen exercise.

Overall, training with Joel has been a pleasure and we look forward to training with him in many years to come. Cannot recommend more!

I would massively recommend Joel as a PT, since training with him I am a lot stronger and I have learnt new weightlifting exercises I never thought I’d be able to do! He has also helped me improve my technique when lifting weights and pushes me the right amount to help me improve whilst also enjoying it! More...

I've been working out with Joel for nearly a year now and I couldn't recommend him more highly. I had specific (and quite ambitious) goals that I wanted to achieve, mainly around building strength, and with Joel's help, I've achieved them all. I can't believe how far I've come since we started our sessions - and not only have I gotten so much stronger but I can also see the difference in my body too.

Joel tailors his sessions to you and how you are feeling and what you want to achieve in both the long and short term. Whether you want high intensity, high weights/low reps, both or neither, your sessions will reflect that. Most importantly - no two workouts are the same so your body will never "get used" to the status quo.

You will not regret working out with Joel!

Firstly I work on the mindset of a client by introducing to them a routine, accountability and making the environment fun. I believe once the foundation is created fitness goals are going to be achieved.

Eat well, sleep well and train smart the sky is the limit.

I am lucky to do a job I feel passionate about and love meeting new people. Seeing my clents reaching they goals for example doing their first press up.

I have always been in fitness since I was a young boy. I become a business owner in this industry to give back the wealth of experience I have to the society. Help people to achieve their fitness dream goals.

I have been in fitness for some time I am reliable, funny, a motivator and kind.

I can provide online training if preferable and I can meet you up at your nearest local park, gym, garden or at my gym studio based in Clapham Junction.

I have kept my equipment sanitised and clean throughout this period, giving my clients reasonable distance and wearing a mask where necessary.

Services

PERNONAL 1-2-1 COACHING
During the session we will focus on developing training techniques and how to get the most out of your workout. We will look at how your body reacts to certain training methods and the most effective way to get the best results that you are looking for.

TRAINING AT HOME OR YOUR LOCAL PARK
I also offer home sessions for people who don't feel comfortable in the gym environment and people who just prefer training at home. I also cater for people who have injuries that stop them getting to the gym. If you prefer to workout outdoors, we can always arrange to train at your local park.
