I have been training with Jason for almost 5 months now and I m very happy with the results so far, we also started boxing recently and I m enjoying it very much.
Jason is very professional and friendly he understood immediately what my body goals are and created a training programme tailored for me, he also helped me with my diet and constantly checks my progresses.

I didnt think I wanted or needed a trainer but I was new to that gym and thought, why not? Over a year later and I'm still training twice a week with Jason and down 3 dress sizes. When the gyms closed we trained in the park and those kickboxing sessions kept me sane during the pandemic. Jason's one of those trainers that makes you forget you're exercising but you see and feel the results. He's professional and supportive and has pushed me to lift heavier than I thought I could. Jason is a great personal trainer. He is kind, motivating and encouraging one to work hard towards reaching their fitness goals. He works around the clock proving constant support.
