Working with Be Constructive and with Jack in particular has always been a pleasure. Over the last eight or so years we have used Be Constructive to refurbish and extend two houses as our family grew. In a world of builders, designers, architects and project managers often characterised by cost increases, hidden charges for variations and for all sort of 'unexpected' costs, Be Constructive have always stuck to the agreed price parameters, even when we tweaked our designs. Furthermore, Jack and his team provide a one-stop-shop service. From doing underpins for a basement excavation or building a new roof for a loft extension, through to crafting beautiful bespoke joinery and hardwood sash windows, recessed mood lighting and decoration, the team has the necessary skills to take a project from start to complete finish on time and on budget. What is more, the reality is that there are snags with every project, no matter how well it is built.
