Chorley
I specialise in bereavement, grief, loss and life losses. I offer you a safe space for you to talk about your loss and the feelings you are experiencing. Grief can feel like a very lonely place, and it is often difficult to talk to family and friends for fear of upsetting them, but the need to talk over and make sense of your emotions is very important in the grieving process.

Specialising in bereavement, grief, loss and life losses
I specialise in bereavement, grief, loss and life losses. I offer you a safe space for you to talk about your loss and the feelings you are experiencing. Grief can feel like a very lonely place, and it is often difficult to talk to family and friends for fear of upsetting them, but the need to talk over and make sense of your emotions is very important in the grieving process. I can help you understand how the process of grief works and how you will be affected. I cannot solve your problems for you as you will understand, but I can offer you the time to talk about the person who died, how their death is affecting you and how you are coping. I will help you to understand what you are going through and to think about some strategies for coping.
