I work with a few different groups: female professionals, high level athletes and young people.
I support these groups to find their purpose and develop the mindset skills and strengths to step into their potential;

It's all about authentic growth - Trusting you are enough and that you have what it takes to do the difficult things that excite but also scare you at the same time. Maybe you can reflect on a time when you did something both exciting and scary? Did you regret that decision or does it give you a feeling of confidence and pride that you faced the fear and gave it a shot anyway?

Exploring our potential and purpose is challenging, scary, and emotional at times; and yet it's also energizing, rewarding, and fulfilling. The purpose behind these coaching conversations is to support you in your growth curve; in a way that you feel deeply seen, heard, and supported to give it your all; to go for the things you know you'll regret if you don't.

Now, there's a few subtle differences between the client groups I work with.
> You might be a female professional looking to clarify your life-purpose and remember who you are to lead with love and trust as you step into your creative potential.
> You might be an athlete, looking to understand what drives you or other high-level athletes to figure out the skills, strengths, and strategy you need to pursue your athletic potential.
> Or you might be a young person who looking to discover what you want in life; to do what YOU want instead of what others expect, to lean into your authentic potential.

It's fair to say that what excites us, also scares us. What calls to us, can also haunt us. We also tend to focus on the negatives and over-complicate even the simplest of things. You can make a mountain out of a molehill, or a molehill out of a mountain depending on the attitude and mindset you develop.

Having someone to talk and walk through the complexities of our mind, body and emotions can make the journey a whole lot less complicated and more enjoyable.

So, in a nutshell: The coaching I offer is about discovering or remembering who you truly are in order pursue what you really want in life, and what you're capable of.
