Like most people covid piled the pounds on I did little to no exercise and on top of that I was having debilitating back and neck pain, as often as I tried to regain some level of fitness I was constantly knocked back by injuries and pain. 3 months ago I decided to trial the semi personal training sessions with James £99 for 30 days 3 sessions a week I had nothing to lose. Not only was James on the ball in every session keeping an eye on exercises I could or should not do (he was able to give an alternative to every exercise that might hurt my back or neck) he was attentive asking at the start of the session how my back was doing if there were any aches and pains he needed to know about and constantly watched my training throughout, if I flinched he automatically saw it and rectified the issue. There is no 'beasting' or pushing beyond your limits, James trains you so you are challenged but are going to be fit to come to the next session and better the work you have previously done. I was never a gym girl I now do 3 early morning classes a week before work and it's the 3 easiest days to get out of bed. There is no judgement just 4 ladies in a room all for different reasons doing their thing, having a laugh and getting amazing support from James and probably a little bit of therapy on top of it all 😂 it's amazing what comes out in the chats once all the defences are down and you're just concentrating on your own exercise from hormones to anxiety James has heard it all and handles it amazingly 😀👍💕 More...

I started sessions with James in July with the aim to get myself into better shape, before going wedding dress shopping, after just a few sessions I really started to feel the benefits of working out. I remember a time when working out was a chore but it’s now an enjoyable part of my routine. James is a great coach with so much knowledge in exercise, weight lifting and nutrition. I've been training with James for 2 years now and can't recommend him enough. the progression i have made in the 2 years is amazing, I'm stronger and healthier than ever. James is a great coach, he's always there to support and help in what ever way he can, whether its just listening to me complain or showing different techniques to exercises. thanks James! More...

I was training with James 5 yrs ago and I can say very little can get me anywhere at 6am let alone 3 times a week. But he was brilliant and motivated me so much. .my body shape changed and toned dramatically. I had to stop due to health issues that resulted in me literally being unable to get up and down off the floor without help. Back around Feb this year I decided I needed to do something about the situation, contacted James and have been training with him again since. He not only has helped me getting off the floor but I was able to get back on the motorbike and do a trip this year. I can't recommend James enough. Yes it would be great to get buff...but in the real world I'm so very grateful for the mobility he has gifted back to me..thanks James More...

Well well what can I say. Quite a lot actually, I’ve been training with James since May this year and loving it. In that time I’ve totally changed my body shape, mastered real press ups, successfully progressed to barbell bicep curls and hip thrusted a baby elephant! Not bad for a 50 year old 🤣 Seriously though, I was advised to start strength and conditioning training and James was recommended by a friend .. I’m up and in the gym at 6am 2 mornings a week! That’s a miracle in itself, but the fact my daughter has came along with me for the last 4+ months has blown my mind. James is such an encouragement and a brilliant trainer with so much knowledge of correct form, how to ease muscle tension, even alternative exercises so your not squashing your freshly painted toes inside your trainers .. ahhh he knows it all ..
