He understood the requirements and our budget..I received 3 quotes which were not only way too higher than James's one but also very superficial. James gave me a clear scope of work and cost estimate. He bought me the flowers to my tastes and planted them based on where the sunlight would come with his compass..I was very impressed..He has a cute little puppy that he brings to work to give him company..Lovely experience working with him and am fully satisfied with his work..He does charge for disposing the garden waste which even the council does anyways..Highly recommend if you want to transform your garden and make it colorful to beat the grey clouds over winter..
