I contacted James after seeing his programme on Instagram. I was a regular gym goer but never real saw results or trusted that what I was doing was correct so I liked the sound of what James could provide. Very quickly James reached out and requested to understand my position and what I wanted from my training. Straight away I enjoyed the workouts he’d set and enjoyed hearing his recommendations for my programme. Sadly I encountered an injury through my lack of warm up however James put a plan together to help me recover from this injury through specific exercises and good communication on upcoming workouts. This is the sort of flexibility from a coach that I wasn’t sure I’d get so I was very satisfied that James would be able to help me reach my goals. James has been incredible, he has recently been training me for a white collar boxing fight and his knowledge through has been amazing! He makes you feel extremely comfortable and you can see he has all the knowledge and able to adapt sessions to individual needs. Really enjoy my training every week with James, it's fun and different each week. I prefer working out from home as the gyms can get crowded and sometimes feel intimidating but I've always felt reassured by James. 5 stars all round and I cannot rate James highly enough for his dedication and commitment to getting me back into peak fitness and his continued support he provides to make sure that standards don't drop! .
I served 17 years in the military and was unfortunately caught up in a situation that had life changing injuries along with complex PTSD amd associated mental health issues. I went into my shell for over 5 years and lost that person I knew.
Being plowed with meds wasn't the answer and I approached James, embarrassed to lay it to him what I'd been through. He didn't judge! He never turned his back and saw me as a lost cause but instead he wanted to get me back to that level of fitness I once wad aswel as help me fight the deamons woth PTSD.
James was aware of my limitations due to injury and we went at a steady pace. He started from scratch rebuilding me with a proper diet sheet and foods to a weekly workout that helped me to regain my confidence and believe in myself. Its been hardwork but James has pushed me hard and then harder still, all at the same time giving me the self belief that I could do it and I began to believe that I could and once that was drummed into me I haven't looked back! I train with James 3 times a week and it's money very well worth spent. He is professional to the end, am amazing instructor who wants to see the best in you and with his dedication to helping you reach those and overcome the mental health side I have gone from being an XL back to a medium. There is still work to be done, but I know that James has my back, he won't let it drop and will continue to help me every way possible to reach the goals and see the difference. After each session I feel I'm a step closer and if I hadn't of come across James, I would still be taking medication that wasn't helping and instead the train of thought in your head he sets does wonders. Despite James being a Man UTD fan, I won't hold that against him, he has helped me more ways than he will ever know and continues to do so. It truly is the best thing I have done and now I look forward to our sessions.
He is very very humble, down to earth, likes a good laugh wothba great sense of humour and will go above and beyond any other personal trainer I know to help you reach your goals. The difference James has made not only for me but also for himself is second to none and I wouldn't recommend anyone else other than James. Give him a try! Stick with what he suggests and advises and you will see the transformation before you know it. He has seriously saved me from myself and from the torture I had from my time in the Military. Amazing experience being trained and coached by James. He gave me a written exercise and diet plan suited to me. I’ve already gotten excellent results couldn’t recommend his services enough. Top guy.

We establish short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals from the initial consultation. From there we structure a plan with set milestones in place to ensure we achieve those goals accordingly. Our plans will include a training program suited to your specific goals, a nutrition plan to support you throughout, and additional habits to make sure we achieve those goals, habits such as walking each day, sleeping 8+hours, etc.

Balance & Consistency! Too often people go hell for leather in the start and burn out too soon and relapse. Achieving the body of your dreams is a marathon, not a sprint. It is crucial you have a game plan in place from the beginning and a sustainable nutrition and habit plan in place to get to your desired outcome.

I see treat COVID-19 the same as any other virus, except it got a lot more marketing than other viruses. In order to practice safety around the matter, I maintain high standards of personal hygiene, clients' are welcome to wear masks during sessions, although I strongly don't recommend it as it restricts breathing and will do more harm than good.
