I have been working with James as my PT for just over a month now and he has exceeded my expectations. He is extremely knowledgable and passionate about helping you transform your body and fitness levels.

The progress I have made in such a short time is fantastic! I already look and feel better. It's clear he has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He is professional, genuinely listens to your needs and has already created 4 bespoke training programmes for me. The exercise plans are extremely varied in nature and intensity to keep things interesting and motivating.

Would highly recommend James as a personal trainer!

Having not played tennis for 30+ years when I took it up again I quickly realised I needed some help! James has done a great job bringing my game up to date. I find his way of explaining and demonstrating shots works well for me and he has huge patience (much needed) as I drift back into old bad habits regularly!

Aside from the tennis, it’s always a good workout and James is always ready to offer tips and advice.

James has provided coaching for myself and my partner Dr Rob Stocking Korzen for around 5 sessions so far.
James has provided coaching in regards to all aspects of tennis ; from core basic physio focused exercises to all techniques of holding the racquet , position of the body to receive the ball and on the court .
James provides demonstrations of the techniques he is demonstrating and will provide feedback to you to improve the stroke s .

James has also provided tennis drills and cardio tennis as a group coach at our tennis centre.
He commits to individuals and group coaching very seriously and I would highly recommend James is used as a tennis coach for anyone to improve their tennis game .

Over the past 10 years James has dramatically improved my technique, court positioning and match strategy. He’s extremely knowledgeable in all areas of tennis and has a fantastic attention to detail when it comes to making minor tweaks that bring big results. He’s a great guy too!

James contacted me through my tennis club, promoting personal fitness to reduce injuries and enjoy your hobbies/activities for years to come.
Having had various sessions now, his friendly persona and advise has helped me to improve my overall fitness, but more importantly has helped me understand my body at my age, and what it needs to stay strong. His advise on nutrition was easy to understand and is ability to demonstrate exercises made it simple to re-enact at home. James has helped me to achieve a personal goal, which was more flexibility and core strength.
