James is good at keeping you focused whilst working out but also he has a lot of banter with his clients

James first provided me with a programme when I was relatively new to the gym, particularly the weights room. He was very knowledgeable and informative and suggested exercises that were tailored to the areas I wanted to improve upon. He made sure that my technique was perfect on each exercise, in order to maximise my results. Most importantly of all, James made me feel at ease in the gym, an environment that some can see as quite intimidating. Really excellent classes, where James makes you work hard, but they are also great fun. The workouts are designed to work your whole body and combine strength exercises with cardio. James motivates us to keep going and devises different exercises to keep it interesting with variety. Brilliant! More...

Having trained with James at the gym I used to attend, I knew that these group sessions would be great and they are. The sessions are tailored for all abilities which means you work at your pace. James is highly knowledgeable not only when it comes to exercise but also gives great advise about nutrition. I can highly recommend him and if you are looking for a personal trainer then look no further. My blood pressure which has always been high is now almost normal thanks to him. More...

As a professional Personal Trainer, my main passion is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Every body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your shape, size, and fitness goals. My aim is not only to transform your body, but to influence you in making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

I believe the secret to getting the body of your dreams is to enjoy yourself. You don't need to be religiously strict about your diet or bang on your training 100% of the time. If you enjoy the process and have things that you enjoy in moderation rather than cutting them out then the results will come quicker.

I love seeing people progress from training and the satisfaction when they reach their goals.

I've always had a passion for health and fitness after a strong sport background and helping friends with their training. This progressed to me wanting to make a career out of it after seeing friends develop and thinking that I could help not only my friends but wanting to help as many people as I can.
