James was fantastic, from our couple shoot before the our wedding day where we were able to get used to being in front of the camera, to capturing the emotions of our first dance. On our wedding day James just fitted in like a friend, he arrived in plenty of time to get amazing photos of myself and my bridal party getting ready and leaving for the church. James Alexander Images provided the stunning photography for our wonderful wedding that took place in Sherborne, during August 2013. James was both professional, yet extremely friendly, throughout the planning stages, and provided a high level of attention to detail when guiding us during the initial preparation. He helped us choose the most suitable set of photographs for the day, and followed this up with a stunning pre-wedding shoot at Stourhead Gardens. On the day, James and his colleague Darren took a host of pre-ceremony pictures at both the bride and groom's parent's houses, and then proceeded to take a varied, yet beautiful selection of photos at the church. Both James and Darren knew exactly where to take the best photos, and it was clear they both had completed pre-wedding visits to understand the layout for the big day. What we also loved was that they were not obtrusive or invasive, and it was almost as if they were not even there!The photos completed at the reception complimented the ceremony wonderfully, and Laura and myself are thrilled with the results - all given copyright free on a USB stick. This makes sharing with family and reproducing for photobooks etc an absolute doddle.We could not recommend James highly enough, and are so pleased that his company provided the photography for our special day.
