Personal Training - Individual and small group sessions that are designed to work every major muscle group, plus cardio training. some examples are strength training, boxing, army based circuits, cross country running and more. I’m not picky as long as it gets you moving and sweating.

The first month training with me with be the most important step into your beginning stages of fitness , where I’m going to be teaching you how to be self sufficient and confident with the tools I give you. With my added qualifications for nutrition I can give you the best advice on what’s good and bad. At the end of the day, I’m a realist and I personally wouldn’t want to be paying anyone for something more than a month. So for a ONE off Payment, I’m going to be teaching you everything I know
