My son broke one of the metal plugs in his port to connect his x box. On arriving in the shop we were greeted by the owner/worker. I explained what the problem was and I was given a price to fix the xbox and given a time scale of a couple of days to a week. Four hours later I received a phone call to say it was ready and fixed. I was shown the x box working and my son was given tips on how to take care of his x box. Definitely recommend and will use again if I need to. More...

Fantastic service, this is my main work machine that ended up with the dreaded blue screen when switched the computer on first thing Saturday morning. Looked at computer repair companies and contacted Jahi Laptops due to the high rating they had, as this is my main machine this was an emergency to have it fixed asap. Called them on Saturday and made appointment for Monday 9.30, arrived and had diagnosis of fault by 12.30, by 4.30pm they had fixed the C drive, upgraded my SSD for more memory and had it serviced it and ready for pick up. 10/10 from these guys, fixed my laptop in half a day, tried to fix it the night before , using messenger but got it to the shop at 10am and got it back at 6pm.
