Took my sons xbox one in for repair. The guys at Jahi couldn't have been more helpful. Dropped it off on Saturday afternoon, they told me what the likely problem was and gave an estimate of how much repair would cost. They did a full diagnostic check, which confirmed fault was as they suspected, carried out the repair and console was ready to collect on the Monday afternoon. Really quick service, good price and also gave a 6 month warranty on the repair. My son is delighted to have his xbox working again, and I'm delighted he has stopped moaning! The kids managed to spill a glass of juice on my work laptop while it was on. The motherboard was fried. This happend at 15:00 on the Friday. Got into to see Jahi Laptops at 11:00 on the Saturday and had a working laptop by 15:30. They manged to replace elements on the motherboard so a rebuild wasn't needed. Fast and efficient service. I am 100% satisfied with Jahi Laptops. I took my HP Pavilion here to get it repaired from a black screen problem. They were very kind from the beginning, and they seemed to know what they were doing. They asked me lots of questions regarding the laptop and how I had been using it (which other stores did not take into account) in order to be more precise in finding the cause to the problem. Afterwards, I left my laptop in the store for them to open it and find the cause, free of charge. When they called me back, they had identified the issue as being the motherboard. I agreed to get it repaired and they did this very quickly. When I went to pick up my laptop, it was working fine again. Not only they fixed the black screen problem, but also another one they encountered while opening the laptop. Plus, they gave me 1yr warranty! And they keep getting in touch to see if the laptop is working fine. In conclusion, highly recommend. Very very happy with the people and their work in Jahi Laptops :) More...
