I joined Jacqui's small group PT sessions after having my 3rd baby and wanting get back into exercise but not really knowing where to start. Jacqui encourages you when your struggling and pushes you when she knows you can do more. After 3 pregnancies my stomach muscles had virtually disappeared but after a few months of weekly sessions I'm proud to say I can now manage a round of sit-ups and my general fitness has improved! Nice place to take young children. Have areas for babies, toddlers and young children, and a party area also. Although I understand you look after your own children, it would be advisable if they had one member of staff just checking to make sure there are no issues (children in wrong areas, being a bit too boisterous etc).

A fantastic find! Tucked away, but what a great place. Brought my Son and a friend here for the indoor surfing and they had a great time. Cafe area was nice too and served good coffee and alcohol if that's what you want. We had some food and the choice was good, the price was fair and the quality great. The first tunnel I flew in and still has a fond place in my heart where I do most of my indoor skydiving in the UK amazing facilities and amazing team can't recommend the facility enough plus the staff can't do enough to help you
