Jack is very friendly and informative about all possible solutions to a problem. We had a long standing problem with water banging whilst the cold water is filling in our washing machine, Jack came and installed a water hammer arrester. Chris rang me as soon as the job was published on the 'My builder website. He arranged to take a look at the tap and arrived at the time we agreed. NO CALL OUT FEES! He recognised the problem straightaway and was equipped with all the tools he needed to do the job. He gave us a quote, which was very reasonable and he was willing to do the job there and then. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He completed the job professionally and to a high standard. Chris saved us money, we no longer need to fit a new tap.
