At Number8 the Pavilions in Cranmore, Solihull we have a number of serviced offices spaces available to rent on a flexible basis.
Included in the monthly charge is the following:

- Your own office space with furnishings and 24-hour secure access
- Free usage of a meeting room (fair usage applies - 8 hours free a month)
- Desks with chairs and pedestal
- High Speed Internet Access
- Kitchen & Breakout Facility- Tea, coffee and microwave facilities
- Modern, bright and welcoming environment
- No hidden extras, clear and transparent pricing
- Space is available from £150 + VAT per calendar month per desk on a flexible basis based on your needs.

Q. How many people can we accommodate?

We can offer rooms from 1 person to 20 people comfortably - our offices are designed to be re-configured to suit a clients needs.

Q. What is the free health & safety portal?

We provide access to a health and safety portal for you and your employees to ensure they have sufficient training required in an office environment. Contact us for more details.

Q. What about phones?

We can provide VOIP phone lines and phones (charges apply) along with a local and/or geographic numbers to suit. These numbers will belong to you so you can take them with you, should you ever choose to leave Number8.

One of the benefits of VOIP is that calls between extensions is free, you can receive calls on your mobile/tablet/desktop and includes all the features you might expect such as:

- Answered calls (answered in your company name and dealt with according to your wishes)
- Voicemail (including customised messaging)
- Automated Routing (press 1 for Sales etc)

With charges from £5+VAT per month you will probably find you will make significant savings compared to your existing provider.

Q. Is there any Parking?

We have parking available for the building specifically and also for the wider area. Allocated parking is available (charges apply) subject to availability.

Q. And Meeting Rooms?

We have a number of meeting rooms available for use, in addition to the free usage (upto 8 hours a month) - additional usage is available at a discount off our standard rate (40%) and starts from £15+VAT per hour.
