I help my clients to achieve their goals by understanding what they want to achieve and the best way to approach getting them there. I will write a programme for my clients and progress them every six weeks to make sure we are always shocking the body and pushing the limits necessary. A primary part of my training is to also educate you on how to keep your results once you get them.

There is no secret to fitness, only hard work and straight facts. A lot of people have a misconception about fitness, thinking that cardio is the best and only way to lose weight. Resistance training and a healthy diet will get you the body of your dreams.

What I love most about my job is seeing the progression of my clients and educating them on the art of exercise.

I have worked in public gyms before however in any line of work, freelancing allows me to have a flexible schedule.

You should choose me to be your personal trainer because I have a genuine care and understanding for my clients. The most rewarding thing to come out of sessions is for me to see you get closer to your goal.

My services are in person only, so if you are looking for online personal training then I will not be a suitable Personal Trainer for you. However if you are looking for face to face training then I’m your guy!

The gym is cleaned and sanitised on a regular basis.

My personal training sessions are delivered in my private gym at home. This ensures that we can focus on our session without any distractions that you might find in a public space.

Within this service I will provide you with a training programme that I will progress periodically to make sure you are always being challenged. I will also include dietary advice should you need it.
