I had a hypnotherapy session with JH Hypnotherapy a few weeks ago, this was to help me with cutting down on my drinking.
John made me feel at ease with his manner and professionalism and I felt relaxed and calm throughout the session. During the session, John made positive suggestions around cutting down drinking. It was a peaceful experience and in the weeks since we had it, I indeed have cut down my drinking and have changed my attitude towards my drinking and attribute this to my hypnotherapy treatment. I would thoroughly recommend John if you are considering hypnotherapy.

I felt like a weight was lifted off my subconscious.

Although my first experience with hypnotherapy, it felt very natural – as if I was almost in a trance like state.
