What do you love most about your job?
Being able to obtain the permission from the District Council to permit my clients execute the alterations etc they wish to carry out
What inspired you to start your own business?
I dealt with Building Warrant applications in my work and when I was given early retirement I thought I should use my knowledge to prepare and submit such applications for my clients
Why should our clients choose you?
I know the meaning of the Technical Standards and therefore I can advise my clients what work is required to meet them and therefore obtain Building Standards and Planning approval from the relevant District Council

It is preferable to meet the client at the property to enable measurements be taken to permit the required scaled drawings be prepared
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Will wear a mask when required. Social distancing can be achieved

I prepare the drawings and specifications for both Planning and Building Warrant applications to the relevant District Council
When required i can contact a structural engineer
