10 Years ago, David and I had rings wedding rings designed at J. Anthony Jewelers. Several weeks ago, I lost my wedding band. .......long story. Waited for 2 months while we searched. Nothing. Today, I have my "new" wedding band thanks to their craftsmanship. The only thing my new band is missing is some of the actual gold from David's Mom's wedding band. Such a special gift. My fiance and I couldnt have found a better jeweler to work with when it came to my engagement ring! I had chosen 6 rings that I thought were it before we were pointed in the direction of J Anthony. I knew exactly what I wanted and wasnt willing to change my mind and go with something I knew I didnt love. I had a long list of expectations of what my ring had to have for me to love it and every place we had gone to before J Anthony was all about telling me what I really wanted or trying to find something else that was close enough to what I wanted. We walked into J Anthony and it was completely different than all the other places we had gone to before. Joe went through the whole entire case with me letting me try on practically every ring they had there and realizing that nothing was exactly what I wanted. Joe listened to everything my ring needed to have for me to love it and spent a couple hours with us looking online at settings trying to get an idea. We left with such a great feeling knowing that they would do everything they could to make sure I was getting the ring I loved. My fiance and I live in Northern California so the rest of the communication was done through email and phone calls. Ben found a setting that had most of what I wanted but wasnt everything. We worked through emails with everything I needed the ring to have and designed it to be absolutely perfect. It is extremely scary putting your trust into someone else when it comes to something so important but we couldnt ask for better people to be working with. They were quick with responding and making the changes that needed to be made. My fiance put all of his trust in them when it came time to picking out the diamond. They were great and care more about you then doing something that will benefit them. My ring was all chosen off of pictures and images and as you can imagine can be stressful and scary. We never felt any of that because everyone at J Anthony was so great. My ring was mailed to us and is EVERYTHING that was on my list. I constantly stare at my ring and get compliments on it everyday. My wife and I just shared our 10 year wedding anniversary and J. Anthony Jewelers truly made it amazing. We wanted to redesign my wife's engagement ring and wedding band. Ben helped us along the way. He made the customization process fun and enjoyable. We did not feel pressured at all, and his communication was on point. Too often these days people will over promise and under-deliver... that was NOT the case here. His expectations were clear and the project was completed EARLY and UNDER budget!. J. Went in to see Amy yesterday, she truly knows and cares about her customers. Walked in and she instantly wanted to give me a hug, knowing I just lost my father. I was there to have my rings cleaned and to look for a new ring. I wanted one that would compliment my wedding ring. As always extremely happy with J Anthony's.

I had wanted a different look with three rings I had. I took my engagement ring, wedding band, and mothers ring and had them design me a single ring. They were very patient with me while I was deciding what I wanted. Joe kept me informed along with way with emails of what the final project would look like. Joe was super helpful and patient with us as we designed our engagement ring. He was open about what was going on and answered any questions we had, listened to our suggestions and made us the a stunning ring. He sent us emails with photos of the ring throughout the process. I recently introduced my mother to J Anthony Jewelers, as they are the only ones I trust with my jewelry. She was looking to have her wedding ring re-sized. A jeweler she inquired with in the city she lives in, declined the job. Amy at J Anthony spent time with my Mom answering the questions she had, and made her feel comfortable.

During this visit, I brought in a ring that Ben helped design and make several years ago, to be inspected, cleaned, and rhodium plated. I picked up the ring today, and it looks like I just bought it from one of their cases.

What a wonderful jeweler to do business with. I worked with Ben to design an engagement and wedding band replacement for my wife. I am grateful to be a local resident and business owner in Neenah, WI. Recently I am starting to understand the impact that companies can make on our communities. They come and they go and at times, leaving a lasting impression on our hearts. Sometimes good and sometimes not so good. I have been a customer of J. Anthony Jewelers for only 3-4 years. But I can tell you that in my personal experiences, I have been welcomed, valued, remembered and cared for each time. I understand that not everyone may have the same experiences as I have, but here is two examples of why I believe we as a community might see value in continuing to support J. Anthony Jewelers and keep them in business.

1. When I decided to ask the woman I adored to marry me, I came to Ben for help. He listened to me. He helped me choose a ring that was modest yet classy and would not tear a latex glove. These things mattered to me.

2. Years later when they needed some work done on the store, they remembered me and gave my business an opportunity to work for them. Shortly after we started I realized I under bid the job. I spoke with Joe (Owner), he was compassionate with me and understood that these things can happen. He was kind and renegotiated our original terms. I hope he knows just how much that meant to me.
