My front door wouldn't unlock when I returned from holiday. Contacted J.A.M. who came up shortly afterwards. He managed to get the door unlocked and we agreed to replace the existing lock. Key snapped in my lock while outside with my dogs on a freezing day. Googled locksmiths and was still waiting on a call back from a company who said they would call back right away - 30 mins later I called JAM, Jack arrived in 10 mins and had the job finished 15mins later. He had already been and done the job and left before the first company had even called back. Was super stressed and emotional and his quick repair helped immensely. Jack came out of his way to a job to answer my emergency call, my having broken the internal door handle latch and locked myself out of my kitchen! I Called Jack at 3pm on Thursday after getting home from offshore, only to realise I had left my house keys on the rig. He got me into the house in 15mins which was a double lock including a yale, He was very honest about his cost on the phone and was there within 45mins of me calling him . I wish I could rate him 0 but....Starting off.... I called him to check if he could repair my cabinet locking ..he wasted 4 hours and all i got was the worst experience I could ever get. ...he kept on rattling the locks but couldn't get it to work... Tip: Please don't talk to him about his mistakes while he is working...he may resort to screaming and leaving the lock damaged .. Tip for owner: please learn how to speak.. Your arrogance will never help you .. He Has no regards for his customer and ante up is the best he can say.....
