After receiving several quotes from other companies, John is the only one who supplied information regarding if retrospective planning permission needs to be requested and that the company has the unique ability to self-certify their work complies with relevant building regulations. Fortunate for me I found a upfront honest tradesman. The other companies I asked for quotes blatantly lied to me when I asked what was needed, saying replacing a full roof does not need retrospective planning permission and no work requires signing off. Unbelievable! Two of which are listed on Bark. I chose John as he has been very through, providing choices and designs. We feel safe in his hands as he was honest as to planning regs'. I am looking forward to planning approval then getting the work underway. More...
