what s pleasure it was meeting John. We inquired about having an engine carbon clean, we was given as much information as possible. We went ahead and booked a time&date that was suitable for us both,which was fast and reliable, John came on the day we arranged and using his state of the art machine the job was complete within the hour and all I can say is WOW! I found my cars engine sound was quieter and the power increase was up by around the 10-15% mark which was incredible I was a very very satisfied customer I would recommend this service to all family and friends and anyone else who was to inquire about having an engine carbon clean done. My laptop got damaged after I got back from travels so I contacted J & B the same day. John managed to identify the problem, fix it and return the laptop back to me within just a few hours, on that day! Extremely efficient and he evidently cares about his customers, I'll definitely contact John again if I have any comp issues in the future. My PC was running so slow it was driving me mad. I spoke to John at J&B and was impressed with his courteousness and knowledge about the problem. He offered a ‘no fix no fee’ and a free home call out service, so straight away I booked in a convenient time for him to come to my house to look at it. He gave it a good service and got it running much faster all for £35, so I am chuffed to bits! I am recommending John because he was a pleasure to deal with and fixed my PC in just under 2 hours.
