The whole experience with It'seeze has been excellent. This has been led by Simon Fincham, the It'seeze Consultant. After an initial contact by email, Simon was very quick to respond and arranged to visit me at home. He has led the production of our site through liaison with his design team. He has been easily available to me through home visits, phone calls, messaging and emails. The whole process has been extremely professional, friendly and efficient. After giving advice and guidance as to what content was required from me, the first draft of the site was produced by the design team. The follow up has been excellent, with Simon more or less instantly available on the phone or by email to discuss and sort issues. A further home visit to give me some initial training in editing the site, and masses of on line guidance. Most impressive.I am a 'mature' user with a moderate grasp of computers but no previous knowledge of website design or management. Now our charity has an excellent, eye catching website and I have some training in editing, and continuous professional back up.Furthermore, all this within the basic package price, which is excellent value.
