What do you love most about your job?
What I really enjoy in my job is to see a happy face of the customer (particularly children) when I fix their PC or Laptop or deliver a brand new gaming PC to them. It's hard to explain, but I feel very positive vibes then, which inspire me to work harder and to help more customers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When I was in the corporate world, It felt wrong to dispose of laptops or a PC because of an issue which could have been fixed easily, But that was the company policy. I later understood that most companies don't actually fix computers but rather replace them. This is wrong, as it created a lot of waste and pollution, this is not to mention that older machines can be upgraded!

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
If it's a virus and the PC starts and you have the internet connection it can be diagnosed remotely, we could try to fix it remotely as well, but that's not always the case. If the PC/laptop/MacBook does not power up or you have no internet connection it's impossible to fix it remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
No contact PC/Laptop transfer where a customer would leave their machine in a bag ourside their house, shut the door only then we would collect it, bring it to our workshop and disinfect it first. Also, we decided to let the customers in by appointment only, so we wouldn't have more than 1 customer at a time and we have kept it since, as it makes our life easier and the customers don't need to wait in a queue then.
