What do you love most about your job?
I like to fix people problems. Not working computers is one of them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My PC problems when I was a teenager. I fixed it and before I found out, I was fixing every laptop around my home.

I never let any customer down, it's also my hobby and passion plus I'm very detail-oriented, which helps in difficult repairs.

I do offer repair sessions over TeamViewer, after the previous appointment. It helps to solve a lot of software related issues.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I stop inhouse repairs where Tier or Lockdown exists in a place. Only computer collection and drop off in such circumstances.
