Mamun was Very professional throughout, I only enquired to start with but his friendly approach and very can do helpful attitude made me go through with what was needed to be done. He ordered the part in no problem and messaged me b4 expected to let me know. I was able to take it in on my lunch break and collect when I'd finished work which was very convenient for me. I give ITech 5 stars or ten out of ten for the way they handles my enquiry. Mamun was clearly very IT knowledgeable and helped identify the problem and solution for my laptop repair. He went out of his way to order a replacement part quickly and kept me informed by text . Despite Covid 19 he had a safe way to allow me to drop off my laptop and conduct the repair in his store with me standing outside. Very efficient. I was so delighted and impressed with the repair that I had a second laptop repaired a few days later. Again same excellent service, and competitive pricing. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND iTECH More...

These guys are amazing. Out of the blue my laptop stopped connecting to the wifi, in the middle of my thesis writing! Submitted a request in bark, and they called me in 5 minutes. Popped into their shop the same day and they fixed my laptop within 20 minutes! I needed a fast solution and they helped me with it :) so thankful! More...
