Excellent service, i would recommend anyone to use ISPA services, i live in middlesbrough and they organised the courier to collect the hot tub for a small charge and repaired hot tub in less than a week. Chris was very professional and assured me he could repair my Mi Spa Rimba . It had been damaged in the storm last November and I was almost about to throw it away . We popped it in the car and took it to him . 15 min drive as we are local . He mended it and we had it up and running again within days . He called to ask how it was doing . We wanted a hot tub for this summer but was clueless to what type was best for our family as our last got ripped by the children, we was kindly given advice and on collection was helped to load it into the car. Since then I’ve had many.. many.. questions about chemicals, operating the tub etc, all of which have been answered promptly and helpfully. I highly recommend ISPA and have given details to a few friends already that have seen ours and now want one too. bought a hot tub off Facebook and got pretty much scammed so I took it to ispa and they tried to fix it with 7 punctures but unfortunately this was not fixable. so they kindly helped us out by selling us a bigger one for a reasonable price and he also nocked money off for our old motor for our old hot tub so overall he helped us out alot as he came to our home and set it up for us and showed us how to use it. very kind and quick response very friendly and definitely recommend them. My daughter moved house and lost a couple of small parts for her La-Zee-Spar and after phoning quite a few people who couldn't help us that day got through to ISPA who went as far as texting a few photo's of what he had in stock to make sure we got the right parts, (which he had), and was pleasantly surprised by what he charged is for it, it being cheaper than if we had ordered one from La-Zee-Spar. ISPA Hot tubs have been amazing from start to finish! I ordered a hot tub from them which arrived a few days later. The hot tub was classed as a ‘stained’ hot tub which didn’t bother me at all, upon arrival, I couldn’t even notice where the stains were! They are minimal! I set the hot tub up the same day, and we were able to use it 24 hours later.
